Starting on July 8th, Goodman’s Field Medical Centre will change how we offer appointments. We are moving to a Doctor First model, where all appointments will be triaged by a General Practitioner. This means we will assign you to the most appropriate practitioner for your medical issue, which may include referrals to local pharmacies or other community services. All appointments will be for the same day.
You can request appointments in three ways:
- Dr IQ App: Provide as many details as you can, and we will get back to you the same day.
- Phone: Call us, and our trained reception team will ask you a few questions to complete a questionnaire in our clinical system.
- In Person: Visit our reception desk, and our trained team will help you complete the questionnaire.
The information you provide will help the triaging clinician choose the best treatment pathway for you.

Repeat medication
If you need to order medications regularly, the quickest and easiest way is via Dr. iQ. You can collect your medication directly from your preferred pharmacy, usually on the same day.
